Hard to find, spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, in desirable area north of Seabreeze and Main streets. Four blocks from the beach, 1 block from the intra-coastal...walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. Condo is in a Spanish architecture, 14-unit complex with courtyards and pool. Looks just like the "Melrose Place" TV show with units surrounding the courtyard pool.

King bed in spacious master bedroom, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, comfortable sleeper-sofa in living room. Master bathroom and dressing area has 3 closets, handicap accessible master shower... hall bath has tub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishes, oven-range and small appliances. Glass sliding doors from the living, master and 2nd bedroom lead to a peaceful courtyard area with lawn and patio. Beautiful swimming pool is right at the front door.

1050 sq. ft. of heated and air conditioned living space, about 250 sq. ft. of patio plus the lawn/courtyard area where you can feel the ocean breeze. You feel like you are in a home with a yard. Perfect condo for families, people who want no partying or riff-raff near them. Laundry facility just a few feet from the condo. There's one assigned parking spot, plenty of guest parking and plenty of street parking.

This is a very desirable, revitalized area of Daytona Beach. You walk through charming neighborhoods to get to the beach (4 blocks), to Main Street (6 blocks) but what's unique about this condo... is you can walk to the gorgeous riverfront (2 blocks). There's a riverfront park 3 blocks away that has a fantastic playground, a pier that ends at a large gazebo on the Halifax River/intra-coastal waterway. Perfect place to fish and WATCH THE SUNSET and the yachts go by. The Daytona Playhouse is 1 block away. Quaint, quaint, quaint ... in a perfect location, and a wonderful home... that's how you describe this Spanish architecture condo. You can feel the ocean air while sitting in the courtyard patio BUT you are not next to the hectic atmosphere at the beach.

Other attractions while staying at this condo include Daytona International Speedway events and Disney World in Orlando (which is about a one hr. drive).

Deposit non-refundable when reserving Special Event weeks. Non-event weeks the deposit is non-refundable starting 14 days before arrival. Remaining amount due 7 days before arrival. 12.5% sales tax applied. $100 charge if keys not returned (left in lock box) upon leaving.
