The bedrooms are like 2 master suites, there's a very large walk-in shower in one of the bedroom's bathroom, a garden tub in the other bathroom, each bedroom has walk-in closets. The condos have fully equipped kitchens, tasteful Florida style furnishings ... contemporary and peaceful, that's how these condos feel. Broadband internet, cable TV, large screen TV, nice linens (towels & comforters), washer and dryer in the condo... turnkey, just show up with your luggage.
There is a ground floor condo near the parking area (which some people prefer because they can bring their equipment, etc. in and out easily) and a 2nd floor condo's balcony has a view of the landscaped courtyard. Pets are welcomed in all our homes (some dogs not allowed, call for details).
The condos rent for $2,195.00/mo.,13% sales tax added for stays less than 6 months. These 2 bedroom / 2 bath condos are in high demand as there are a lot of people being transferred to work in the Southside Jacksonville area for multi-month projects. We accept Mastercard and Visa and can invoice your company directly. These are great value homes (if you compare them to an extended stay franchise, which there really is no comparison). Some pets allowed.
